Our Policies


Due to the fact that our salon has an overwhelming demand for services and out of respect for our service providers and clients, we strictly enforce our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment LESS than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total to the card provided to us. If you need to cancel the same day as your scheduled appointment, or no call/no show, you will be charged 100% of the service on the card provided to us.

We understand that life happens and things come up, If you have extenuating circumstances and cannot attend an appointment, and you have been issued a fee, please feel free to contact our manager at rachel@bombshellbdb.com

We require all clients to place a credit card securely on file when booking all services over the phone or online. When doing so you agree to the policy above.


In order to reserve any appointment at Bombshell, we require a credit card to be kept securely on file. Your credit card kept on file will be charged in the instance of our cancellation policy not being honored.


Because we are typically scheduled with back-to-back appointments, it is imperative that you arrive at or before your scheduled start time. Failure to honor this policy may result in having your scheduled appointment altered. If we are unable to perform any part of your service due to arriving late you will be asked to rescheduled and will be considered a 'no show". Charges may apply.


We love your children and appreciate when they are here for services but please refrain from bringing them to your appointment if possible.
